Review Source Setup Guide
Use this after signup to prepare review sources for your widget.
Prefer one-click Google syncing? Use the Google connection flow provided during onboarding. See Review Widget docs.
Only submit reviews that actually exist on public review platforms. Fake or fabricated reviews will damage your business credibility and may result in service termination. We verify reviews can be found online.
Supported Review Sources
How to Capture Your Reviews
Go to your review page
Open your browser and navigate to your business reviews on Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook, or other platforms.
Select all reviews
Click in the reviews area, then press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac) to select all text on the page.
Copy the text
Press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac) to copy the selected text.
Save to a text file
Open Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac), paste with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V, and save the file as google.txt, yelp.txt, etc.
Upload your files
Go to ryncloud.com/upload and upload your text files using the Widget ID and Upload Token from your setup email. Your reviews are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
Tips for Best Results
Scroll to load all reviews: On Google and Yelp, scroll down to load more reviews before selecting. The more you scroll, the more reviews we can capture.
One file per source: Create separate files for Google reviews, Yelp reviews, etc. Label them clearly.
Include everything: Don't worry about selecting extra text (headers, footers). Our system extracts just the reviews.
Monthly updates: Send new captures monthly to keep your widget current with your latest reviews.
Alternative: Screenshot Method
If copy/paste doesn't work well on a site, you can take screenshots instead:
Take screenshots of your reviews
Use Print Screen or a screenshot tool to capture images of your reviews. Multiple screenshots are fine.
Upload the images
Go to ryncloud.com/upload and upload your screenshots. Our OCR system will extract the text.
Visit the homepage to request setup, or reply to your setup email if you are already an active customer.
